Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from the Manage Billing portal — your access stays live until the end of the current billing period.

Do I need an etoro account?+

You can read the daily wire and browse investor and asset profiles without one. To subscribe to Pro, sign in with etoro so we can attach your subscription to your account.

Who is BigFatBat for?+

Do you offer refunds?+

If something is broken or you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we will refund the most recent month. Otherwise subscriptions are non-refundable.
